We work hard to keep children and young people safe. We do not tolerate harm or abuse. Everyone at Mission Australia must support this.

What happens next?

Our Talent Attraction Team will review your application to understand how your skills and experience match the role you applied for.

If your application is shortlisted, we will contact you for a short phone interview. It’s a relaxed conversation, so we can get to know each other and learn more about your skill set.

Candidates moving forward will be invited to a more in-depth interview, either in person or virtually. This is your time to shine! Remember to ask us all your questions, too!

If your interview is successful, we’ll be in touch to conduct reference checks, a police clearance and other relevant checks related to the position.

Once the process is complete, we’ll let you know the outcome of your application. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to the team.
