After her divorce, Ruth couldn’t find anywhere that she could afford to live. She thought she would have to sleep in her car – until Mission Australia community and caring people like you helped.
Helping future generations find a way forwards
Diana grew up in post-WWII Australia, where helping neighbours was what you did. She travelled a great deal and saw how people suffered poverty in London and Italy. After she returned to Australia, she met homeless people through her church and started supporting Mission Australia. Now, she wants to help create a future where there’s always a way forward for people in need.
