Understanding rent reviews
We review your rent up to twice a year to keep it fair and accurate. This helps make sure it reflects your current income and that you’re receiving any rebates you’re eligible for.
What to expect during a rent review
Before a rent review, we’ll send you a letter. It will tell you:
- What information we need about your income
- When we need it by
- We’ll also explain how to send it in and where to go if you have questions.
What if we don’t get your income details?
If we don’t receive your income details by the due date, we may need to pause your rent rebate. This means your rent could go up to the full market amount until we have the documents we need. We understand that things can get busy, if you’re not sure what to send or need help, just get in touch. We’re here to support you.
